How do I register my child for UPK?

1. Fill out the UPK application available by clicking the picture below.

2. When your child is placed in a school, a letter will be mailed to you. Pleas read this carefully.

3. The preschool will call to verify your current address and make an appointment to fill out a registration packet.

4.Take the permission to register slip, packet, child’s original birth certificate, proof of residency, and identification      to Central Registration on your assigned registration day.

5.Return your completed packet, immunizations, and physical forms to the preschool.
